RADEMAKER in Hangzhou
The Rademaker Technology Centre China (RCTC) has officially opened its doors in Hangzhou, China. We are proud to say that there was a lot of interest in the opening. In addition to our partners Fortune Foods and Larive, the Dutch Embassy, represented by the Consulate General of the Netherlands in Shanghai, several local bakery consultants, Chinese bakeries and the Chinese media were also present.
CLIMATE-CONTROLLED TESTING FACILITY
The RCTC is a unique, high-tech, air-conditioned testing facility in China. With this facility, with a total area of 872 m2, we will support the Chinese bakery industry in professionalising itself, both in terms of quality and growth.
A Rademaker rolling mill and a DoFlex are available for testing products and production processes. In addition to Rademaker production equipment, mixers, test cabinets and ovens are available to ensure that a complete production process is simulated.In addition to testing, the RCTC offers several meeting and presentation rooms to ensure a professional venue that leads to satisfactory solutions for the customer.
