Whether working with yeast- or puff pastry dough, our solutions handle it all. With butter or plant-based fats like margarine. Choose the Scottish method to incorporate fat into the dough, or opt for the French method to laminate the fat as a separate sheet. Each approach delivers unique textures and flavours to suit your product range.
Precise Pastry Shaping
Pastry shaping plays a key role in creating a diverse product range. From classic croissants to complex folded or coiled creations, mini or maxi, folded or braided. Pastry offers a wide variety of shapes, textures, and formats.
To bring these variations to life, pastry can be produced fully automated, semi-automated, or in combination with manual processes. Variate with different fillings, shapes, and decorations: the possibilities are endless!

Folded Pastries
Folding is ideal for creating rectangular, D-shaped, or triangular pastries. Typical examples include almond pockets or pain au chocolat with a center seam.
Production requires a dedicated stamping tool for consistent shaping.

Rolled & Coiled Pastries
Pastries formed by rolling dough around a filling or creating multiple rotations, such as swirls or cinnamon rolls. Also suitable for double rolls, for example in a butterfly-shaped pastry.
Tools can be used in various combinations and set-ups.

Braided Pastries
Braided or twisted pastries are created from rectangular dough sheets, with or without filling. This technique adds a handcrafted look.
Production may require a custom cutter or folding guide to support accurate and consistent shaping.

CUT Pastries
Includes single- or double-layered pastries, optionally filled. The top layer can be enhanced with incisions or lattice designs.
Available in standard or custom shapes: round, triangle, hexagon. Or fully custom, with cutters designed to fit.
Fillings & Toppings
Add flavour and texture with a variety of sweet or savoury fillings and toppings. From smooth creams to firm pastes. Finish your pastries with toppings like sugar, seeds, raisins, or chocolate drops for extra appeal
