Discover the Rademaker Compact Croissant Line
Croissants were one of Rademaker’s first bakery production lines. We are proud to have been recognized as the global leader in croissant production lines for centuries. For decades, Rademaker has been acknowledged as the worldwide market leader in croissant production lines.
This complete layout shows the production process of croissants, including the laminator. The laminator creates the laminated dough, reduces the dough sheet to the required thickness, and sends it to the croissant line. The Rademaker Compact Croissant Line is the intermediate step between the Radini croissant module and the Rademaker industrial solution.
UNLEASH THE VERSATILITY OF CROISSANTS
Do you need a typical regional product such as Italian or Spanish croissants, Medialunas, gluten-free croissants, or croissants with an extended shelf life? We understand the differences and preferences between countries and regions and offer various technological solutions. Our croissant machines ensure efficient production and exceptional product quality. The fully automated lines represent our latest expertise and technology, resulting in significant cost reduction for both frozen and fresh-baked croissants.
