The Universal Pastry Line allows you to shape and form (mostly laminated) dough into high-quality pastry products exactly the way you want, in large quantities suitable for medium to industrial-sized bakeries. The production line is capable of handling a wide range of dough types, with various shapes and sizes.
The Universal Pastry Line can be equipped with a wide range of options to shape your dough and is suitable for mono and/or multi-product production. To increase versatility, the production line can also be fitted with numerous tools designed for quick and easy changeovers. Decorating with dosing equipment, egg yolk or water spraying systems, universal dispensers, or a fruit and cheese applicator is also possible. Every operation is performed automatically. Capacities depend on product size and weight, but range from medium to industrial volumes.
After shaping, products can be automatically transferred to a proofing cabinet, freezer, or baking trays using a retractable conveyor belt or in-line tray loading.
